How long will it take to receive my order?
We work to ship orders quickly! For all in-stock items, please allow 3-8 business days for order processing and packing, plus shipping time which varies by destination.
For custom-made pieces, please allow 3-4 weeks for creation before shipping, as each piece is handcrafted for you with care.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note, you, as the customer, are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be applied by your country.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey to you.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
We aim to process orders very fast. Please contact us immediately at iemxi@outlook.com with your request. We can only cancel or modify orders that have not yet entered the packing process.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for all unused and unworn items in their original packaging.
Please note: Custom-made, engraved, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How do I start a return or exchange?
It’s easy! Please follow these steps:
Email us at iemxi.cs@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and further instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
We are so sorry if this has happened! Please contact us at iemxi.cs@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and your order number. We will gladly send a replacement or process a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
My return is outside the 30-day window. Can I still return it?
While our standard policy is 30 days, we may be able to offer store credit for returns up to 60 days after delivery, depending on the item’s condition. Please contact us, and we will do our best to find a solution for you.
Payment & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods for your convenience: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
What currency will I be charged in? Can I see prices in my local currency?
All prices on our site are listed in US Dollars (USD). When you check out, your credit card or payment provider will automatically convert the charge to your local currency based on their exchange rate. Please note that we do not control this rate, and some banks may charge a small international transaction fee.
How can I use a discount code?
You can enter your discount code during the checkout process. Look for the field labeled “Discount Code” or “Promo Code,” enter it, and click “Apply.” The discount will be instantly deducted from your order total.
The item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
We make every effort to keep popular items in stock. If an item you want is out of stock, you can enter your email address on the product page to receive a notification when it becomes available again. We cannot guarantee the restock date for all items.

Our website offers a printable ring size guide. For the most accurate measurements, we recommend visiting your local jeweler for a professional finger measurement. Take your measurement at the end of the day when your fingers are warmest for the best fit.
Are your materials hypoallergenic?
Yes, your comfort is important to us. Our jewelry is crafted from high-quality, nickel-free and lead-free materials, making it suitable for most people with sensitive skin.
How should I care for and clean my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best:
Storage: Store pieces separately in the provided soft pouch or a jewelry box to prevent scratches.
Cleaning: Gently wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, perfumes, and lotions.
Wear: Put your jewelry on after applying beauty products and remove it before swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a comprehensive 1-year warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. This means if there is an issue with the craftsmanship (e.g., a stone becomes loose due to a setting issue), we will repair or replace it at no cost. The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, loss, theft, or damage caused by wear and tear.

How long does a custom order take?
The timeline varies depending on the complexity of the design, but most custom orders are completed within 3 to 5 weeks. We will provide a more precise timeline during the initial consultation.
Do you offer repair services for jewelry not purchased from IEMXI?
We currently focus our repair services on pieces that were purchased from us to ensure we have the proper materials and expertise to maintain our quality standards. For jewelry from other brands, we recommend seeking out a local, trusted jeweler.
